Customer Feedback Program
Get a pulse on customer happiness and stop running your business in dark. It is easy for your customers to give service rating and feedback. Upon completion of a transaction, your customer can enter the rating and feedback. All these are done automatically by the system for you. These information are private and can be viewed by you on the admin portal.
How Do Customers Submit Their Feedback & Rating?
1. Submit through the member app
At the end of the transaction, your customer will receive a transaction notification on Poket member app. Next, your customer can submit it.
2. Submit through email
At the end of the transaction, your customer will receive a transaction email. He can click “Feedback” button to submit it.
