These information are private and can be viewed by you on the admin portal.
How Do Customers Submit Their Feedback & Rating?
1. Submit through the member app
At the end of the transaction, your customer will receive a transaction notification on Poket member app. Next, your customer can submit it.
2. Submit through email
At the end of the transaction, your customer will receive a transaction email. He can click “Feedback” button to submit it.
